We hope everyone is staying safe & healthy during these bizarre and truly unprecedented times! As crazy as the world is right now, we are doing our best to look at this as a welcomed slow down. A time to reintroduce peace & serenity into our lives and focus on what we actually can control amidst the chaos. And although there is a great deal of uncertainty, there is also so much hope. Can you remember a time in recent history where people have come together as a community the way they are today? #togetherathome It’s so heartwarming to see people sewing masks for hospitals, kids and their parents organizing a parade in their cars for their classmate’s birthday, gyms live-streaming classes, families hanging rainbows in their windows….this is the silver lining and it is such a beautiful thing <3

The wedding industry is standing together to be of service to our couples during this time. We feel for our couples who are getting married in 2020 and feeling the effects of this worldwide crisis. In addition to dealing with work upsets, health concerns and limitations to daily activities, our couples are dealing with planning their weddings while life as we know it is completely turned upside down. Some couples are forced to reschedule their dates and with hundreds of guests & dozens of vendors involved and it is a huge undertaking. We want to do everything we can to help! With so many clients rescheduling multiple vendors, it is inevitable that couples are having difficulty finding that magic rebooking date that accommodates their entire team.  Bands have seven to a dozen or more  skilled performers and crew that can only be in one place at one time making them more difficult to reschedule than any other vendor.  At East Coast Music & Entertainment  we have been offering incentives like extra personnel and discounts to anyone affected by Corona who happens to have a need on a date we are open.
